1. General provisions

The service provider is the individual operating the QAForge service, reachable at: kontakt@qaforge.app. These terms set out the rules for providing services electronically.

By using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

• Service — the QAForge application available at qaforge.app.
• Tools — free developer tools (generators, validators, converters).
• Audit services — paid services that automatically check websites (e.g. WCAG accessibility, SEO, fonts).
• User — a person using the service.
• Account — an individual user profile in the service.
• Subscription — a paid plan provided on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

3. Types of services

The service offers two categories of features:

• Developer tools — free, available without logging in, running in the user's browser. Data generated by the tools (e.g. PESEL, IBAN, card numbers) is fictitious and intended for testing only.
• Audit services — paid, available after logging in and purchasing a suitable plan, within that plan's limits.

4. Account

Using the audit services requires creating an Account (email and password registration or Google login). The user agrees to provide accurate data and protect their credentials. The account is personal and must not be shared with third parties.

5. Plans and payments

Audit services are provided under plans: Free and paid plans (e.g. Pro, Enterprise), differing in limits. Current prices and limits are presented in the service.

Payments are handled by Stripe. A paid subscription renews automatically for the next billing period until cancelled. Payment is charged in advance for the given period.

6. Changing and cancelling a plan

• Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately; the price difference for the current period is settled and charged promptly.
• Downgrading or cancelling a subscription is done via the billing management panel and takes effect at the end of the paid period — until then you keep access to the purchased plan.
• After the paid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

By starting to use a paid service before this period ends, the user consents to the immediate start of the service and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. For a service already performed, a refund may not be available.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@qaforge.app. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. We will consider it within 14 days.

9. Liability

• Tools and audit results are informational and supportive. They do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with any standard.
• Data generated by the tools is fictitious; the user is responsible for how it is used.
• The provider makes efforts to keep the service running continuously but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions.
• To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service.

10. Technical requirements

To use the service you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and an active email address (for an Account).

11. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available in the service.

12. Final provisions

The provider may change these terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or the scope of services). We will announce changes in the service or by email. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
